It's banned in my country and I can't check it as often.♡ The client must send a good description of what they want, preferably with visual examples. Even if it's stick figures drawn in paint. This, together with proper references, is a big help to let artists know what their clients want.☆ Options:
Sketch-like lineart: Included.
Clean lineart: +50%.Flat colors: Included.
Lazy shading: No extra fee.
Shading: +10 USD.
Pixel art: No extra fee.
Pixel art GIF: +20 USD.No background: Included.
Simple background: No extra fee.
Complex background: +25 USD.Detailed characters: +20 USD.
*Detailed characters are highly ornate without simplification. Like Genshin or FFXIV characters. If you want me to simplify their designs, you don't need to pay the extra fee.**What constitutes as a creature (to me):
☆ Animals.
☆ Pokemon and Pokemon-like.
☆ Mythological creatures with no human features.***You'll be able to see the selectable Add-ons with the exact price in the form.
☆ Client gets to choose how sparkly or simple the coloring gets. (be CLEAR, please!)♡ NSFW is up for debate depending on the content, my examples are in the "few examples" button below. NSFW would have a different fee from other services.☆ I may reject a request if it makes me too uncomfortable. I'm sorry. (Don't be afraid to ask, though, I don't bite)♡ Process takes a from 3 days to 3 weeks depending on how complex the request is and how many others there are pending. Please be patient.☆ I always share the finished product through MEGA, but the client can always request the file(s) sent through any other service.♡ I can turn the icons into patterned backgrounds or headers too.☆ If you don't wanna do a full commission, you could always do a ko-fi request or check my "looking for something else?" section on VGen!♡ Be patient with me, please!

Terms of Service:
GENERAL
☆ Visual references are highly appreciated, even if they're stick figures/rushed sketches.
♡ Please avoid pictures that are heavily watermarked and toyhouse links.
☆ I'm ok with drawing: furry, fanart and OCs, yume/self-shipping, blood and gore, armor and weapons.
♡ I might try to draw: vehicles.
☆ I'm not comfortable with drawing: sexual loli/shota, mechas.♡ Non-Disclosure Agreements are acceptable and the time period is up to the client.
☆ The NDA time period is up to the client and is worth +50 USD. This means I won't share anything about the commission without permission.PAYMENTS
⚠ PAYMENT IS 50% UPFRONT.
♡ If not paid, I won't start working.
☆ If the request goes over 150 USD a different payment plan can be set, but the first payment will still be upfront.
♡ You will be notified once your commission is finished so you can pay the rest of the commission.
☆ Once paid, you will receive a link to the files.
♡ If you fail to pay the final price for over 30 days for whatever reason, the commission will be cancelled and no refunds will be issued.TAXES
☆ Fees and taxes for extra cost are already added to price. (Value-Added Tax, VGen and payment app Fees, etc)REVISIONS
♡ Only 5 revisions during the sketch phase, afterwards only small changes allowed. (add moles/scars, change colors, etc)
☆ If you really need a big change after I'm past the sketch phase, it'll have a fee. (+50% of full price.)DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
♡ Turnaround is generally between 3 to 10 days depending on the complexity of the request.
☆ Delays will never go over what the guaranteed delivery is set as. If it's set to 30 days that's exactly the maximum amount of days the commission will take, but as stated before, it will generally take less.
♡ Delivery with MEGA.RUSH
☆ No payment plans apply to rush, you have to pay 100% upfront with the rush fees.- Guaranteed delivery after 7 days of confirming payment: +50 USD.
- Guaranteed delivery after 3 days of confirming payment: +100 USD.
- Guaranteed delivery after 24 of confirming payment: Ask, but it all depends on the complexity of what you want.USE
♡ You are NOT allowed to use my art for: NFTs, training AI, AI filters, or the like. I will not be participating in that.
☆ Streaming and commercial commissions (YouTube, Twitch, VTuber related art/design, or any general business-related matters like merch, branding, or ads) are acceptable, but an extra fee must be paid. Otherwise you will not have permission to use my artwork for these.
♡ Commercial use:- For content use: +50 USD.
- For merch and selling use: +100 USD.☆ What you CAN use these commissions for is for personal matters. Anything between non-business social media service profile pictures, headers, gifts to friends, wallpapers, PERSONAL phone cases, PERSONAL notebooks, etc.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
♡ All art posts must be credited.
☆ I can use the commussion as an example on my portfolio.REFUNDS
♡ A full refund will happen if for personal reasons I cannot finish the commission in the estimated 30 days.
☆ Refunds cannot be requested after I've started the lineart.
♡ If there are no replies to WIP updates within 30 days, the commission will be cancelled and no refunds will be issued.COMMUNICATION
